CREATOR 5 PRO – Utilities Riser

The riser allows you to have additionally add-on such as bins externally, camera mounting inside/outside, extra LED light inside the chamber and lastly also to save space when removing the top cover.
Instead of removing the top cover, hinges are added to allow open the top cover to the side.

You will need item here:
1) Ø4 x 2mm magnet [1pc] – this is for the top cover sensor to detect opening/closing.
2) M3 x 6mm (minimum length, longer is better) [2pcs] – [THIS IS OPTIONAL] The screws are useful to temporary holding the hinge to the top cover during assembly (so don’t tighten the screws until all the fitting is correct). If you are satisfied with the top cover fitting, then you can tighten or leave it there loosen.

ASSEMBLY:
Please refer to photos, I think it is poke-yoke with those dovetail and slots.
Assembly the riser frame as show in one of the photos, dove-tail press in together. Once fitting is good, you can also appy glue if your print is abit loose (mine so far no need adhesive).

Only for the hinges, you need to slot the HINGES to the bottom of the TOP COVER and push to the corners.
Once you slot to the 2 corners, you can temporarily holding it with the M3 plastic screw (refer to photo again).
The reason for temporary, you will screw able slide a bit to ensure the hinges and bolt fit correctly. You can screw it tight after fitting satisfied.
It is optional, you can also assembly without the screws and will still works.

ADD-ON:

It is added in the additional print profile.
1) Big/Large Bin – for tools
2) Slim/Small Bin – for tools
3) Handle for top cover – to easy opening the top cover.

4) SNIP & PLIER BIN – added on 12-Aug.
5) Inner Mounting Bracket – additional option to help mounting accessories inside. added on 16-Aug.
6) Camera Mount –  Currently only for TAPO C100, 2 options available – mounting on internal (not recommended due to heat and wide angle needed) or external.
7a) COB LED light – this can stick directly to frame and there 2 slots for you to route the wire out from the prints. 
7b) High angle COD LED bracket – added on 16-Aug.

8) Clamp to hold the riser from lifting when top cover is being opened. – Contributed by Frank.
