A completely redesigned version of my popular ‘Bambu Lab Filament Spool – Ultra Accurate Model’.

While the original version was created as a highly accurate digital replica, this edition has been redesigned and optimized specifically for 3D printing, durability, and everyday usability.

② Optimized for Real-World Printing

: The model has been redesigned with dimensional compensation for common material shrinkage.

Printing profiles are optimized for PLA, PETG and ABS.

If you use other materials, slight scaling adjustments may be required depending on your printer and filament.

③ Improved First Layer Reliability

: The default print profile includes a slightly increased First Layer Flow Ratio (1.05) to improve bed adhesion and reduce first-layer failures.

🔔Materials used to make spool

 • PLA : Not recommended for filament drying. Only low-temperature PLA drying is possible.

 • PETG : Suitable for drying PLA filament. Dry PETG spools below the recommended PETG drying temperature.

 • ABS : Suitable for drying both PLA and PETG filaments.

※ These recommendations are based on general material characteristics. Please use your own judgment depending on your printing environment.

🔊Printing Tips

 • Use glue sticks or liquid adhesive according to the selected build plate and materials used.

 • Remove the printout once the build plate has cooled. (Approx. 30–40°C)
