Description

A dedicated spool clip and matching extraction pusher designed for SWbAC filament spools. It secures loose 1.75 mm filament ends directly to the spool flange holes without requiring you to thread filament through a closed tunnel.

Critical Fitment & Spool Compatibility

• Verified Brand: Designed and verified specifically for SWbAC filament spools (Kuwait). It is not designed or tested to fit other spool brands.
• Flange Asymmetry: The two flanges on a standard SWbAC spool do not have identical hole diameters. The clip is designed for a firm press fit on the tighter flange side and will fit loose on the other. Always install the clip on the tighter flange.

Design Features

Clip 

• Side Snap-In Channel: Features a snap-in slot. You can push 1.75 mm filament directly into the channel

Pusher Tool

• Ejection Mechanism: A flat paddle with two pins spaced on matching centers.
• Flush/Protruding Pin Clearance: The pin length is optimized to press against the back of the flange and drive the clip pegs out cleanly, whether the clip peg sits flush with the flange rear or slightly past it.

Batch & Originality

• Plate Layout: 1 plate prints a batch of 10 clips and 1 pusher tool.
• Original Design: This is an original CAD model designed from scratch.

Recommended Print Settings

• Orientation: Print pegs-up as laid out on the build plate. No supports required.
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm standard.
• Walls: 3 perimeter walls (ensures peg strength and collar durability).
• Print Metrics: Estimated 40 Minutes for 10 Clips using  only 1.2 Gram of filament for 1 clip.
